Terms & Conditions

To participate, you must be a Fifth Group Rewards member. Simply dine at or order online from any Fifth Group location — Alma, Ecco, Ela, La Tavola, or South City Kitchen — three times before [DATE] to be automatically entered. Twenty guests will be chosen at random. Each guest will receive two tickets to the exclusive Cheese & Wine event and will be given at least 30 days' notice of the date and time of the event. Visits are tracked through our loyalty system, so be sure to mention that you are a loyalty member each time you visit so we can record your visit.
