The Georgia Restaurant Association serves as the unified voice of Georgia restaurants in the domains of advocacy, education and awareness, and today comprises of over 17,000 foodservice establishments in the state. Operating Partner Stuart Fierman has been a longtime board member and leader within the GRA, and Fifth Group has won two GRA Awards, received 2007 Restaurateur Award, and in 2015 received its prestigious Distinguished Service Award for our focus on people, community and the environment as our company continues to grow.
We wholeheartedly endeavor to support local farmers, ranchers and fisheries and incorporate seasonal changes in our menus. We've partnered to pour locally-canned Montane Sparkling Spring Water at all of our restaurants. We're proud to both support a Georgia business (Montane is sourced from pure natural spring water from Blue Springs, a cold, deep quartzite spring in the Pine Mountain ridge of Georgia) and cut back on waste by switching from glass to more readily-recyclable aluminum. Enjoy their delicious bubbly water and feel good while you hydrate.
As supporters of the Giving Kitchen and its role in Atlanta's restaurant culture, we've proudly signed our restaurants on to their brand new Five-Star Restaurant program. By participating with the Dining with Gratitude fundraiser in late summer and serving up food at the upcoming Sunday Summer at Serenbe, we have committed to giving back to the city's premier resource for restaurant workers in need of emergency financial assistance. We can't wait to see what awesome programs they put together next!
