Join at any of our restaurants and you’ll receive your very own membership card that will immediately get you started toward earning one point for every $1 you spend in any of our restaurants.*
Your card will identify you as an FGRewards loyalty member and be loaded with Fifth Group dining dollars that you can spend at any of our five restaurants! In addition, you’ll receive invitations to exclusive members-only events; opportunities to redeem your dollars for high-profile event tickets; and other cool point-earning opportunities.
Enrolling is easy: simply visit any of our restaurants or e-mail us with your name, street address,
e-mail address and date of birth; we'll mail you a membership card within 5-10 business days.
* Points are not awarded on tax or gratuity. You must present your card when paying your guest check to receive points. The dollars on your membership card can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. You must be a member and notify your sales person (before signing contract) for group/private dining points to apply. If your account is inactive for 12 months, your points and rewards will expire. Bold American Events & Catering does not participate in FGRewards. Fifth Group Restaurants reserves the right to alter the rewards program in any way at any time without notice.

**The $20 birthday reward is automatically deducted from your check on the first visit at which you present your membership card during the month of your birthday. SPECIAL NOTE FOR MEMBERS ENROLLED PRIOR TO 3/5/10: Your point balance as of 3/5/10 was rounded to the nearest increment of 400 and converted to the qualifying dollar amount and your point balance reset to zero. Your membership card is available for pick-up at the restaurant at which you originall enrolled in the program. The pre-loaded dollar balance on your membership card will expire 3/31/11 and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

What do I do if I forget my membership card and want to earn points for the transaction?

Can I earn points when someone else at my table pays the bill?
Sorry, but FGReward points are earned only when the member pays the bill.
Can two members from the same household be members?
Of course! Simply enroll at any one of our restaurants and the second household member will be given a membership card. However, the points of the two memberships can not be combined for rewards.
Do I get points for events with Bold American Events & Catering?
Unfortunately, dollars spent with Bold American Events & Catering are not eligble for reward points.
Do I earn points for group or private dining events?
Yes, as long as you are already a member had have notified your sales person prior to signing your contract.
Do my points expire?
If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, your points and rewards will expire.
Do I earn points for tax and gratuity?
Points are NOT rewarded on tax and gratuity.
