Doing Our Part To Give Back

At Fifth Group Restaurants, we believe strongly in giving back to the communities—and the world—in which we operate. We are committed to supporting causes that assist children, fight hunger, help the environment and promote the arts and culture. In fact, we donate or discount up to $100,000/year.

BEING CHARITABLE
From fighting hunger by participating in Atlanta Community Food Bank's Hunger Walk/Run to sponsoring Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's "A Taste of the Highlands" to donating dining cards to charity auctions to giving to needy causes by hosting a dine-out night, we are dedicated to partnering with the people who dine in our restaurants, live in our neighborhoods and affect our lives.

Dining Card Donations

Would you like to request a dining card for your fundraising event? Simply e-mail us with the following information listed below. NO PHONE CALLS OR MAILED REQUESTS, PLEASE.

• Organization/charity name
• Date and location of event
• Contact information (name, address, phone number)
• Mailing address (if different than above)

Dine-Out Night
Dine-out nights are a great way to raise money for your organization or charity. By encouraging at least 40 people to dine with us on a specific night, we'll make a donation of up to 20% of the night's food sales to your cause. If you'd like to learn more about hosting a dine-out night at one of our restaurants, e-mail us with the following information listed below. No phone calls please.

• Organization/charity name
• Desired dine-out night date (please provide at least two options)
• Desired restaurant (please provide at least two options)
• Contact information (name, address, phone number)

Please note that, although we feel very fortunate to be able to give back to the community, we receive an overwhelming number of requests and are simply unable to honor all of them; please do not take this as a negative reflection on your event or organization. Also, feel free to submit your request again if it is unfilled the first time.

BEING GREEN
We work very hard to improve how we operate environmentally at our five restaurants and Bold American Events & Catering. Since starting Fifth Group Restaurants, we have always strived to use local farmers and food purveyors and offer organic or naturally raised products wherever possible—it's simply the best quality product. We continue to make additional and deliberate strides to do more, specifically related to recycling, composting, reducing energy consumption and converting our used cooking oil into bio fuel. In fact, we are now recycling and composting at least 95% of product that comes through our doors, resulting in 500,000 lbs. of waste being diverted from landfills annually.

We are also very proud that Ecco is the first restaurant in the state of Georgia to have no dumpster—we recycle or compost everything! We are taking this progress to the next level by brining this compost back to Ecco for use in our roof-top garden. These homegrown vegetables and herbs make it directly to you through dishes on the menu, completely closing the recycling loop.

Clearly, we are very excited about these initiatves and hope that you are, too. We know you have many choices for dining and entertaining in Atlanta—we hope this gives you another reason to consider doing so with us. Please feel free to e-mail us if you'd like to learn more about our green efforts.
