especially those organizations focused on feeding the hungry and advancing
the role of the arts.
Would you like to request a dining card donation for
your charity event?
E-mail donations@fifthgroup.com with the following information listed below; no phone calls, please.
• Charity name
• Date of event
• Location of event
• Number of people attending
• Contact information (name, address, phone number)
• Mailing address (if different than above)
• Tax ID #
Please note that, although we feel very fortunate to be able to give back
to the community, we receive an overwhelming number of requests and are simply
unable to fulfill all of them; please do not take this as a negative reflection

In addition, only requests received at least 4 weeks prior to the event are eligible for consideration.
