ABOUT THE LOYALTY PROGRAM
 
  FREQUENT GUEST REWARDS PROGRAM
The Frequent Guest Rewards program is designed to reward our members for dining frequently at our restaurants. Simply become a member and every time you dine at our restaurant you will receive points - there are no membership cards to show! Your points can then be redeemed for dining cards and other exciting rewards.

HOW TO ENROLL
You can enroll online (use invitation #4000031) or at any one of our restaurants.

ENROLLMENT FEE

There is a $15 enrollment fee, but you will receive a $15 credit on your next visit to thank you for becoming a Frequent Guest Rewards member. The $15 will be credited automatically to your registered credit card and will be on your next billing cycle. If you have any questions about your $15 credit, please call 866.379.1281. If your enrollment fee has been waived, you will not receive the $15 credit on your next visit. You and your spouse may apply jointly and share the same account number for no additional charge by adding additional credit card(s) to your account via our membership site.

Please allow 3-5 days to become registered as a Frequent Guest Rewards member. You will receive a enrollment confirmation emaill to the email address that you have registered confirming your membership. 

HOW TO EARN POINTS 
Each time you dine with us and pay with one of your registered payment card(s), you will receive one point for every dollar you spend (including tax and gratuity). You will also receive 250 bonus points when you dine in three different Fifth Group restaurants in a consecutive 60-day period.

To qualify for points on private party functions, you must be an active Frequent Guest Rewards member before booking the party. Only the member who pays the bill can receive the points. Points are accumulated and will not expire unless you do not use your account for one year. Bold American Catering does not participate in the Frequent Guest Rewards loyalty program and dollars spent with them do not qualify.

HOW TO REDEEM POINTS
You will receive your reward points automatically after you dine with us and will receive e-mail notification to your registered e-mail address within approximately 3-5 days from when you dine. Points can be redeemed for rewards at anytime and can be done so via your online account. For quick and convenient access to your account information, we invite you to check your points online. This will allow you to update your account information, view transactions, redeem points and much more.
